Consultant Nephrologist

Job Overview:

TZOBS is hiring a qualified and experienced Nephrologist Consultant for a well-established 250-bedded hospital in Haldwani. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing kidney-related disorders and delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat kidney diseases such as CKD, AKI, nephrotic syndrome, and hypertension-related complications
• Manage dialysis patients (Hemodialysis & Peritoneal Dialysis)
• Supervise and guide dialysis unit staff
• Handle OPD/IPD consultations efficiently
• Manage ICU patients with renal complications
• Perform procedures like dialysis catheter insertion (preferred)
• Collaborate with other specialists for comprehensive patient care
• Maintain proper documentation and follow hospital protocols

Required Qualifications:

• MBBS with MD/DNB (General Medicine)
• DM/DNB in Nephrology
• Valid NMC Registration

Skills Required:

• Strong clinical and diagnostic expertise
• Experience in dialysis management
• Good communication and patient care skills
• Ability to handle critical cases

Experience:

• Minimum 1–5+ years of experience as a Nephrologist
